傳說中龍是至高無上的神物，代表吉祥與尊貴，是皇權的象徵。中國人自稱為「龍的傳人」。
渾圓的壺身喻為「無極」，蓋紐為太極圖象，壺把則為祥龍盤旋。壺名『龍太極』與台語『攏賺錢』音似;願能在尊貴的龍的加持下;大家都能平安大富貴。

According to Chinese legend, dragon is a supremely sacred animal which represents auspiciousness and nobility, and it is also the symbol of Chinese imperial power. Chinese people call themselves “the descendents of the dragon.”The perfectly round pot body represents “wu-chi. The lid knob is a pattern of tai-chi, and the pot handle is a circling auspicious dragon. The pot name “Dragon Tai-Chi” is pronounced as “long tai chi;” the sound in Taiwanese means “wish everyone can make a lot of money;” we hope that under the blessing of the noble dragon, everyone will be safe, well and wealthy.
